We want you to love your Toad&Co gear, but if it's not the right fit, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to make the process as sustainable and simple as possible for our community.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, preferably in the original reusable mailer to minimize environmental impact.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
